Application Fee: $55
Holding deposit due at application: $100
Additional Security Deposit - Normal: $200 1bd, $300 2bd, $400 3 bd - based on results of screening
Additional Security Deposit - Extra: $300 1bd, $400 2bd, $500 3 bd - based on results of screening
Additional Security Deposit - Max: $500 1bd, $700 2bd, $900 3 bd - based on results of screening
Guarantor Application Fee: $55
Pet Deposit: $300 for 1 pet or $450 for 2 pets
Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
Garages: $125
Garage Remote Deposit: $50
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Utility Billing Fee: $3.25
Utility Administrative Fee: $5.50 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $25
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $75.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one month's rent if 6 or less months remain in the lease term. A termination fee of two months' rent if more than 6 months remains. A written notice of 30 days must be given.

Comments: Refundable deposit of $300 for 1 pet or $450 for two pets due at move-in. Pet rent of $50 per month per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
Barton Vineyard Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
